Convenient location for travel.
I was deeply frustrated when I arrived at the hotel to find my reservation confirmed but no room available due to overbooking. The manager informed me that this was a common issue with third-party bookings, alarming and disappointing. I felt stranded and exhausted after a long journey, only to be told there was no accommodation for me, ruining the start of my trip.

The room was decent, but the presented breakfast options were cleaned up like, before I could get there. The ironing situation was unacceptable. Black gunk on an iron made me late for my own important dinner. I woudl ve appreciated a free upgrade for all my troubles, but I guess that's too much to ask. Almost gave a good review, but just couldn't.

The beds felt really comfortable, great for a restful night after long travel. I loved the separate living room area that included a home theater-it was a great surprise. The hotel's location near the water park kept my child entertained for hours, although that area got a bit crowded. Found the shower pressure really good. Breakfast had real fruit and variety, which I appreciated. Some areas felt neglected. Communication from staff about available discounts for our team was confusing. I encountered dirty irons, made me late for an important function. While I liked my room, the cleanliness in common areas definitely needs attention.

fairfield inn had a really good breakfast with fresh fruit and various breads the kids loved the water park with fun slides hot tub and lazy river a perfect family getaway

The room we had was a nice size and very pretty, and complete with all the amenities and sofa and a King bed. Location: the hotel was not far from many handy shops and a great restaurant.

I didn't want to say goodbye and would stay here again without hesitation. The beds were exceptionally comfortable and each incredibly comfortable and impressive room had a seating area, iron/ironing board and a work desk.
